I love the contrast of the bitter passion fruit with the sweet milk chocolate. And the peanut butter filling? Let's just say I was on the verge of licking the spatula before cleaning it. It was close but I didn't. I figured if I got caught, my teacher wouldn't think too highly of me. 🤣
For the Passion Fruit Ganache Chocolates, we painted the inside of the chocolate molds with colored cocoa butter before filling them with chocolate. After removing the excess chocolate and letting it set, we filled them with the passion fruit ganache. Yum yum yum!
And the peanut butter filled chocolates? Well let's just say that I won't be able to eat another Reese's for a while. 😊
