We made dipped chocolates again this week, and I think they improved from last week.
We made:
1) Butter Ganache Dipped Chocolates (pictured in the middle)
2) Mendiants chocolate disks with walnuts, dried cherries, almonds, and pistachios (pictured on the outside)
3) Earl Grey Truffles (pictured in Week 2's blog post)
Since my partner and I missed the second week of school due to being sick, we made Week 2's Earl Grey Truffles, which I wrote about in the Week 2 Earl Grey blog post.
I'm super happy to learn all this and with the progress, but also super tired. 🥱There's so much to learn and practice. But it's so much fun! 😋
